The characteristics of a Business As Usual (BAU) environment are very different to those of Project work. Trying to manage a Project environment in the same way as you maintain the status quo in the BAU will be fraught with difficulties. This course will illustrate a mechanism for defining and managing the project work.

At the end of this course, delegates will be able to define, plan and manage a project to a successful conclusion.

Lee has over 17 years of Project Management, Consultancy and Training experience. He gained most of this experience with Cap Gemini, where he also started his career in Training. He subsequently moved to the leading UK IT Training company, QA. He started his own Company, Polygon Consulting, in 2005.

Lee worked as Project manager in a variety of client organizations during his time in Cap Gemini, ranging from the Pharmaceutical Industry through to the MOD/Military.
 
He moved into the Training Division of Cap Gemini in 1998.
