Whether youre new to sales or have been selling for a while, your success can be improved by learning proven sales techniques. Research into what makes sales people effective highlighted a consistent approach. This course breaks down that process and teaches delegates how to follow a structured approach. In addition it focuss on the core skills needed by sales people. The theory taught on the course is re-enforced through plenty of practical exercises and role-plays.

Pre-Course Work
Whenever you are a customer over the next few weeks, observe how you are dealt with. Make a note of your observations and how you reacted to the sales persons approach.
